ABOUT US


The managing partners are Jim Gray from the USA, and Brad Sanson from Canada. Combined they have 45 years of land development, residential/commercial construction and administrative experience. Both partners live in Costa Rica and are on site to supervise all aspects of design and construction both during and after completion of their projects. Kimberley LaFerriere is the sales and client services co-ordinator.

The partners have chosen the award winning duo of RSA DESIGN GROUP as their architectural consultant and EDIFICAR S.A. as their construction builder. Both companies are leaders in their fields, and ensure an innovative design and unsurpassed timely high quality construction and finishes.
